Charlotte Football Club announced on May 12 the schedule and key information for fans attending the upcoming match against New York City FC, set for Wednesday, May 13 at Bank of America Stadium.

The club outlined a detailed timeline to help attendees plan their visit. Parking lots will open at 11:00 a.m., followed by the ticket office and supporters tailgate starting at 3:30 p.m. The team store opens at 5:30 p.m., accessible only from inside the stadium. Season Ticket Members can enter early through the Blue Cross NC East Gate beginning at 5:30 p.m., while general gates open to all fans at 6:00 p.m.

Additional pre-match activities include a supporters march scheduled for 6:15 p.m., warm-ups beginning at 6:35 p.m., and a pre-match show starting promptly at 7:00 p.m. Kickoff is set for 7:25 p.m. Fans are reminded to have their mobile tickets ready upon entry to their seats.
