Charlotte FC has released its second annual Community Impact Report, detailing the club’s community work across North and South Carolina in 2024. The report is available for download on the club’s Community webpage.
Kristi Coleman, CEO of Tepper Sports & Entertainment, stated: “Fueled by the vision of David and Nicole Tepper, we are so proud of how Charlotte FC has become not only a pillar of performance on the pitch, but also a leader in community engagement across the Carolinas. Through the community initiatives we’ve executed in collaboration with our partners, we’re able to share the joy of soccer while also increasing access to the sport and providing essential supplies and support to those in need.”
The club reported progress in several programs throughout 2024. These included expanding the Greater Goals program, installing three new mini pitches as part of Pitches for Progress, and growing Camps & Clinics programming. The Unified Team achieved new milestones during the year. Additionally, Charlotte FC’s annual School Year Kick-off event provided resources to Title I students and their families.
Following Hurricane Helene’s impact on North and South Carolina communities in 2024, Charlotte FC worked with partners to support those affected by the storm.
The report highlights collaborations with various partners who contributed to these initiatives during 2024.
