The fans have spoken in the Panthers’ Final Four uniform bracket, and the preference is clear: the black helmet remains a fan favorite. The bracket saw leading seeds and a surprising underdog, showcasing various color rush designs.

As the votes were tallied, the final matchup emerged between the top two seeds, both prominently featuring the black helmet. This outcome cements the helmet’s place in the team’s legacy, akin to a cherished moment in sports tradition.

The third-round results were as follows: the No. 1 black ensemble consisting of a helmet, jersey, pants, and socks garnered 56% of the votes, outpacing the No. 5 silver-and-blue combination at 44%. Meanwhile, the No. 2 black and blue attire received 62% of the votes, defeating the No. 3 silver and black set, which earned 38%.

Last season, the black helmets were utilized in all three permissible games. However, the NFL recently announced during the annual league meetings that teams can now wear throwback or alternate uniforms four times this season, allowing an additional appearance for the black helmet.

Panthers fans are encouraged to participate in the uniform championship vote via Instagram stories, emphasizing their role in deciding the team’s look as a part of their fan rights.
