FOIA Request to University of North Carolina at Charlotte regarding recent course syllabi on August 6, 2025.

The request specifies that any relevant metadata should be included with the syllabi. This metadata encompasses details such as the course title and number, instructor name, department or academic unit, and the format in which the course was delivered (online/in-person/hybrid).
The requester is affiliated with The Coalition Opposing Governmental Secrecy, a non-profit organization that aids media companies and public advocacy groups in investigating governmental agencies using Freedom of Information and Sunshine Laws. They have requested that this information be provided in an electronic format to facilitate their reporting efforts. Additionally, they have sought a fee waiver due to their role as a media professional involved in disseminating information to the public.
