Left tackle Ikem Ekwonu returned to practice on Friday but is listed as doubtful for the Carolina Panthers’ upcoming game against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to illness. This marks his first practice since undergoing an appendectomy, and he was a limited participant.

Cornerback Damarri Mathis did not participate in Friday’s session because of a knee injury and has been ruled out for this week.

Other players mentioned in the report do not have any game designations, indicating they are available for Sunday’s game. Among those limited in practice on Friday were left guard Damien Lewis (shoulder/ankle), right guard Robert Hunt (foot), and defensive end A’Shawn Robinson (groin).
