The Carolina Panthers have announced the addition of 13 players to their practice squad. All of these athletes participated in the team’s training camp.

The players signed include linebackers Krys Barnes and Maz Mwansa, cornerbacks Shemar Bartholomew and Mike Reid, outside linebacker Boogie Basham, defensive end Jared Harrison-Hunte, offensive linemen Jarrett Kingston, Brandon Walton, and Mike Tarquin, tight end Bryce Pierre, wide receiver Ja’seem Reed, defensive tackle Sam Roberts, and safety Trevian Thomas.

Four spots remain open on the practice squad roster. Mwansa does not count against the standard 16-player limit due to his status in the NFL’s International Player Pathway program.

Team officials stated that these players are expected to participate in practice later today.

Last season, most members of the initial practice squad appeared in at least one game for the Panthers during the year.
