The Carolina Panthers have announced a change in their cornerback lineup. On Friday, the team signed Mello Dotson and waived-injured MJ Devonshire.

Dotson previously joined the Raiders as an undrafted free agent from Kansas but was released earlier this week. In his college career, Dotson earned first-team All-Big 12 honors last year and recorded 12 interceptions, returning four for touchdowns.

Devonshire was acquired off waivers from the Raiders in April.
