POYNER SPRUILL: Poyner Spruill Welcomes Nia Doaks and Sarah Fritsch

Poyner Spruill issued the following announcement on Sept. 16.

Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce Nia Doaks and Sarah Fritsch have joined the firm as Associates. Doaks has joined the firm’s Employment Law Section in the Raleigh office and Fritsch joined the firm’s Litigation section in the Charlotte office. Both Doaks and Fritsch are graduates of Wake Forest University School of Law and former firm Summer Associates.

Nia Doaks was an active member of the Black Law Students Association. She also participated in the Innocence and Justice Clinic. Currently, Nia is an ambassador for the Part-time Evening MBA program at Wake Forest University School of Business. She is also a new NCBA Young Lawyers Division Diversity Committee member.

Sarah Fritsch was active in various projects during her time at Wake Forest University School of Law including: Litigation Clinic, Child Advocacy Clinic, Pro Bono Wills Clinic, and the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. Both Nia and Sarah are two-time participants of Poyner Spruill’s Summer Associate program. Nia and Sarah are awaiting swearing in to the North Carolina State Bar.

We were able to witness first hand the work ethic and drive they have as well as their dedication and genuine heart for the profession.
