October 2020: Charlotte experienced a 19.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Charlotte fell by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 19.1% decrease over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Charlotte in October 2019.
