How did home prices perform in Charlotte during June 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Charlotte rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,500 - a 4.2% increase over the $248,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Charlotte in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for 2019 was $1,243. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,209. This marks an increase of 2.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.5%.
