Canada will face Uruguay in the Copa America 2024 third-place match on Saturday, July 13. The event will take place at Bank of America Stadium, with several key timings for attendees to note.
The ticket office opens at 1:30 PM, and the team store hours are from 12:00 AM to 5:00 PM outside the building and from 6:00 PM until 30 minutes post-match for ticket holders only. The Fan Zone will be operational from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Gates at the North Gate (Graham St.) open at 6:00 PM, with kickoff scheduled for 8:00 PM. An awards ceremony will follow the match.
Attendees are encouraged to access their tickets prior to arrival and show them at check-in. All entry into the stadium will be through mobile tickets, which can be managed via the Charlotte FC app. Fans should add their tickets to their mobile wallets well in advance of event day and connect to Panthers WiFi if needed on-site.
Security checks begin before ticket entry gates, and a Clear Bag Policy is in effect. A list of prohibited items can be found under Bank of America Stadium's Stadium Policies.
"Pyrotechnics, smoke, synthetic fog, lasers, strobe lights, and other lighting effects may be used during this performance," according to event organizers.
To manage heat concerns, fans are allowed two sealed plastic non-flavored water bottles per person. Mobile ordering is available at concession stands through QR codes or a provided link. Checkout-free food and beverage markets called "The Cooler" are located near sections 120 and 122 by the East Gate.
In case of severe weather within an eight-mile radius of the stadium, fans will need to evacuate seating areas and seek cover in designated concourse areas until it is safe to return. Updates will be communicated via email, push notifications, and Bank of America Stadium's Twitter account.
Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium.
