The Panthers will have three tight ends active for Sunday's opener against the Saints, following the addition of Feleipe Franks to the roster on Saturday. Veteran Tommy Tremble and recent acquisition Messiah Swinson were among the seven players deactivated for the Panthers.

With Ray inactive, Jayden Peevy, who was added on Saturday, is expected to see significant playing time as the fifth active defensive lineman.
