The Charlotte Hornets have introduced "Hive Mentality" as their theme for the 2024-25 season. This new tagline was launched with a video shared on the franchise's social media platforms and website, hornets.com.

The theme aims to inspire and unite fans in the Carolinas and beyond by highlighting the team's renewed energy and vision for the future. The video features fast-paced visuals and begins by mentioning "a mindset in the Carolinas…from the Blueridge Parkway to the coast of the Carolinas," emphasizing that the team will strive to reach new heights. It also highlights a "resilient community" with a determination to "figure it out and get it done," reflecting the organization's on-court goals set by its leadership. The narration is provided by Aldis Hodge, an award-winning actor, writer, producer, and North Carolina native.

The Hive Mentality campaign was developed internally by Hornets Sports & Entertainment. The wordmark uses "Hive" in the team's standard font, while "Mentality" is italicized to emphasize its importance. Accompanying this is the secondary "Diving Hornet" logo, symbolizing an aggressive stance tied to the team's message.

The Hornets' 2024-25 season begins with an away game against Houston on October 23, followed by their home opener against Miami on October 26 at 7 p.m. Ticket options include Hive Society Memberships, Pick 23 Plans, and newly introduced Half Season Plans. For further details or ticket purchases, fans can contact 704.HORNETS or visit hornets.com.
