The Charlotte Hornets have introduced their 2024-25 Emirates NBA Cup court, which will be used during Group Play and the Quarterfinals of the NBA's in-season competition. The design was a collaboration between artist Victor Solomon and the Hornets.
The court features three concentric circles radiating from center court in tonal hues of teal. These circles symbolize the stages of competition in the Emirates NBA Cup: Group Play, the Quarterfinals, and the Semifinals and Championship held at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The colors are intended to contrast with Charlotte's Statement Edition jerseys and the visiting team's Association Edition uniforms. Additionally, the court includes the NBA Cup at center court and in each lane, with "The Hive Is Alive" written on the sideline.
Charlotte will use this court for two home Group Play games on November 29 against New York and December 3 against Philadelphia. The Hornets are part of East Group A and will also play away games at Orlando on November 12 and Brooklyn on November 19 to complete Group Play. After Group Play, eight teams will move to single-elimination Knockout Rounds, with Quarterfinals occurring in NBA markets and Semifinals and Championship being held in Las Vegas.
