A pair of rookie players, tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders and wide receiver Jalen Coker, have been ruled out for the upcoming game against the Buccaneers. Sanders is dealing with a neck injury, while Coker has a quadriceps issue. Both players missed practice for three consecutive days leading up to this decision.
In addition to these absences, four other players are listed as questionable. These include outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney, who is managing a knee injury, and cornerback Caleb Farley with a shoulder concern. Also on the list are outside linebacker Amaré Barno and safety Nick Scott, both suffering from knee and hamstring injuries respectively. Notably, Barno and Scott have not yet been activated to the 53-man roster as they remain within their 21-day practice windows.
Clowney and Farley participated in practice on Friday but were limited in their activities. Veteran wide receiver Adam Thielen also practiced with limitations due to a hamstring issue; however, he carries no injury status into the game and is expected to play.
