The Panthers are facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with several changes in their lineup. Cornerback Jaycee Horn, who was doubtful for the game due to a hip injury, will not play. Horn has been a regular this season and is among the league leaders in snaps played. Caleb Farley will take his place in the starting lineup.

Other Panthers players who are inactive include linebacker Josey Jewell, right tackle Taylor Moton, safety Jordan Fuller, wide receiver Deven Thompkins, and third quarterback Jack Plummer. Yosh Nijman will fill in for Moton at right tackle, while Raheem Blackshear will start at running back following Chuba Hubbard's placement on injured reserve.

Chandler Wooten is set to start at linebacker for Jewell, highlighting ongoing issues for the Panthers as they have three inside linebackers on injured reserve: Shaq Thompson, Trevin Wallace, and Claudin Cherelus.

The Buccaneers also have several inactive players: linebacker Shaq Barrett, guard Royce Newman, tight end Cade Otton, third quarterback Michael Pratt, linebacker Jose Ramirez, wide receiver Sterling Shepard, and safety Antoine Winfield.
