Jaycee Horn and Robert Hunt have made significant strides in their NFL careers, each earning a spot in the 2025 Pro Bowl. For Horn, this achievement marks a breakthrough after injuries hampered his first three seasons. He played 15 consecutive games this season before a hip injury sidelined him for the final two games. Despite these setbacks, Horn's performance included 13 passes defended, an interception, and two sacks.
"I feel like I have always been a pretty good player. Just being available is the most important part of that," Horn stated after the Pro Bowl games concluded.
Horn participated in the flag football game at the Pro Bowl, where he found value beyond just competition. "I got a chance to chop it up with a few guys, older guys that I grew up watching," he said.
Robert Hunt also reached a career milestone by making his first Pro Bowl appearance. In his fifth NFL season and first with the Panthers, Hunt achieved one of his primary goals since entering the league.
"I think I've been playing good football for a while," Hunt remarked. During the Pro Bowl events, Hunt participated in a tug-o-war contest, contributing to an NFC victory under coach Eli Manning's guidance.
"Bosa gave us the lay of the land of how to pull and be strong at the point," Hunt joked about Nick Bosa's leadership during the event.
Hunt has aspirations beyond this achievement: "One day, I want to be in a gold jacket," he declared.
Both players see their Pro Bowl selections as stepping stones toward further accomplishments in their NFL careers.
