Dazia Lawrence, former Mallard Creek High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, March 21 in Division I NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Friday, March 21, former Mallard Creek High School standout Dazia Lawrence’s current collegiate team the Kentucky Wildcats won 79-78 against the Liberty Lady Flames in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Memorial Coliseum, this was the first game against the Liberty Lady Flames during the championship.

The Kentucky Wildcats’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. in Memorial Coliseum against Kansas State Wildcats.

Dazia Lawrence’s game position is guard.
