Atrium Health Care issued the following announcement on March 31.
A special meeting of The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority Board of Commissioners will be held at 2 p.m., on Thursday, April 2, 2020, via telephone conference call. The purpose of the meeting is to approve amending the Atrium Health 401k employee retirement savings plan, approve the incurrence of bank revolving lines of credit, provide a COVID-19 update and discuss competitive healthcare information related to the business of The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority.
