The City of Charlotte has announced the launch of My Charlotte Lookup, a new tool designed to provide comprehensive property information. The resource is intended for current and prospective residents, visitors, and real estate professionals seeking details about properties in Charlotte.

My Charlotte Lookup features a user-friendly interface offering information on ownership records, zoning regulations, trash collection schedules, and voting precincts. Additionally, users can view capital improvement and commercial projects within a half-mile radius of any given property address.

“My Charlotte Lookup has been an exciting endeavor that we hope will make information more readily available,” said Markell Storay, director of the City of Charlotte Innovation & Technology Department. “This database of property information will ease and improve the lives of both current residents and future ones, helping to further the growth of our city.”

The tool is part of CLT Community, an online platform providing various resources offered by the city. Other resources include Adopt-A-Stop, the Strategic Energy Action Plan dashboard, Pollinator Habitat initiatives, and more.
