Everything to know ahead of matchday for Charlotte FC vs. Cruz Azul in the Leagues Cup on Wednesday, July 31 at 8:00 PM.

Ticket Office hours start at 9:00 AM. Parking lots and supporters' tailgate open at 4:00 PM in the McNinch Lot. The prematch party will be held from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM between North Gate and East Gate on Legends Row.

Season Ticket Members (STM) have early entry access starting at 6:00 PM through the Blue Cross NC East Gate. The team store opens at 6:30 PM with access from inside the stadium only. Gates open for all attendees at 6:30 PM, followed by the supporters' march at 6:45 PM and warm-ups at 7:18 PM. The prematch show begins promptly at 8:00 PM, leading up to kickoff at 8:10 PM. A post-match firework show is scheduled after the game.

Attendees are reminded to have their mobile tickets ready upon entry. The prematch party will feature food options such as "326 Chef Special," "120 Uptown Market," and "122 Queen City Eatery." Bars located in sections 120 and 122 will also be available.

Bank of America Stadium has partnered with KultureCity to become Sensory Inclusive Certified, offering sensory kits for check-out at Guest Relations Booths. Guests can download the free KultureCity App for information on sensory features available during their visit.

All event entries require mobile tickets accessible through the official Charlotte FC app. Fans seated on the 500 level should use seating access from North ramps and escalators, as upper bowl access from the south side of the stadium will be closed.

Fans are encouraged to download and update the Charlotte FC app for a smoother matchday experience. Season Ticket Members and ticket-holders who cannot attend are invited to donate their tickets through VetTix for veterans, active military members, or their families.
