Bryce Young, the Carolina Panthers quarterback, has taken responsibility for his performance during Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. The Panthers were defeated 30-14, and Young's play was marked by four turnovers and six sacks. The Cowboys capitalized on these errors to score 10 points.

"I've just got to look in the mirror," Young stated. "Can't turn the ball over like that, obviously in this league. And that's 100 percent on me. I got to be better; I let the team down today."

Despite recent successful games with high completion rates and low turnovers, Young experienced a challenging day. He did achieve a career highlight with an 83-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Coker, but he also faced difficulties due to a combination of offensive line protection issues and personal mistakes.

Young acknowledged the quality of the opposing defense: "Credit to them. That's a really good unit over there; they are obviously really good players. So, they deserve their credit, but stuff I can do better as well."

The game saw Young commit two fumbles and two interceptions. A significant turning point came when he lost possession after a promising drive into the red zone early in the game.

"When you have a successful drive ending in a turnover, the challenge is you got to snap back," said Canales, reflecting on the impact of such mistakes.

The Panthers showed resilience despite setbacks. Coach Canales noted Young's determination: "He had a good look in his eyes...I thought he maintained that I thought he kept fighting."

Veteran receiver Adam Thielen supported Young's leadership qualities despite the loss: "No one questions his ability to play in this game from a high level, to be the leader that we need."

Young remains optimistic about moving forward: "We know this wasn't our brand of football; this was not our best day by any stretch of the means...there's all the belief in the building."
