- Kevin Winston from Penn State, although limited by a knee injury in 2024, offers good length and physicality, mainly excelling in tight end coverage.

- Andrew Mukuba, who transferred to Texas for his final year, is celebrated for interception skills, having gathered five in the past season.

- Sebastian Castro from Iowa led the Hawkeyes with three interceptions and eight pass break-ups in 2023. He also focused heavily on run defense during 2024.

- Malachi Moore of Alabama, known for his smart play and special teams experience, had 70 tackles and two interceptions last season, despite dealing with a sports hernia.

- Caleb Ransaw from Tulane displays speed and tackling proficiency but might best fit a more specialized role due to low ball production.

This array of prospects demonstrates the breadth of talent available for the Panthers as they look to bolster their safety options in the 2025 draft. The choices made could significantly shape their defensive strategy.
