Charlotte – Congresswoman Alma Adams (NC-12) will host a “12th Congressional District Open House” at her new Charlotte office on Thursday, April 13, 2023. The event will be the first public-facing event at the office; it is free and open to the public as well as press.

Adams was elected to a 5th full term representing North Carolina’s 12th Congressional District in November. Under the new congressional district lines, the previous 12th District office on Morehead St. in Charlotte was no longer located in the district. Federal law requires congressional offices to be located in the district they serve.

The event starts at 11:00 AM at the Office of Congresswoman Alma S. Adams, Ph.D., 10815 David Taylor Drive, Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28262.

Constituents and interested parties can sign up for updates on Rep. Adams’ website at adams.house.gov/OH.

Press and media interested in attending should RSVP to sam.spencer@mail.house.gov.

A direct signup link is available here.
