CHARLOTTE — Tight ends Tommy Tremble (hamstring/back) and Ian Thomas (calf) were held out for the second straight practice. The veterans remained on the sidelines Thursday, leaving the team with three healthy tight ends: rookie Ja'Tavion Sanders, Jordan Matthews, and newcomer Messiah Swinson.

Running back Miles Sanders (finger) was a full participant Thursday after being limited in Wednesday's practice. The only other players listed on the injury report submitted to the league were backup tackle Yosh Nijman (tibia, limited) and nickel Troy Hill (heel), who was added Thursday as a limited participant.
