Fans attending the Charlotte FC vs. Chicago Fire match on Wednesday, October 2, should be aware of several key details to ensure a smooth experience. The match will take place at Bank of America Stadium with kickoff scheduled for 7:40 PM.

The ticket office opens at 9:00 AM, and supporters can begin tailgating at the McNinch Lot starting at 3:30 PM. Parking lots will open at 4:00 PM. Season Ticket Members (STM) have early entry access from the Blue Cross NC East Gate starting at 5:30 PM. The team store inside the stadium will be accessible from 6:00 PM, coinciding with when gates open for all attendees.

Supporters are encouraged to join the Supporters March at 6:15 PM and be in their seats by 7:30 PM for the pre-match show. Warm-ups are set to begin at 6:50 PM.

Krystal King will lead the US National Anthem, accompanied by the Bunker Hill High School Air Force JROTC Color Guard. DJ Fannie Mae will provide music during the event.

New food items and concepts will be available at various stands within the stadium, including sections 326, 122, and 120.

Bank of America Stadium has partnered with KultureCity to become Sensory Inclusive Certified. Sensory kits can be checked out at Guest Relations Booths, and guests can use the KultureCity App for sensory features and visual previews of what to expect during their visit.

For quicker entry into the stadium, fans can use mobile tickets via their mobile wallet or scan barcodes through the Charlotte FC app. Both PSL holders and single-match ticket buyers can manage their tickets through this app. Fans sitting on the 500 level should use North ramps and escalators as upper bowl access from the south side is closed.

Season Ticket Members who cannot attend can donate their tickets through VetTix for veterans or active military members and their families.
