The Panthers have welcomed back a key defensive player to their practice field. Safety Nick Scott has been designated to return from practice following his time on injured reserve due to a hamstring injury sustained on October 26. Before his injury, Scott participated in the first seven games of the season, starting four of them, and was also active in special teams.

Scott now enters a three-week period during which he can practice with the team before a decision is required regarding his activation. However, he could be activated at any point within this timeframe.
