The Carolina Panthers may be out of playoff contention, but they still have three games left in their season. Head coach Dave Canales sees these as opportunities to build for the future and develop the team he envisions.

Canales emphasized a focus on winning each game, starting with the upcoming match against the Cardinals, followed by games against Tampa Bay and Atlanta. "I think it's important to set the culture that every game is a championship opportunity," Canales stated. He stressed the importance of treating each opponent and game with high regard while also focusing on the present team's performance.

Linebacker Josey Jewell echoed this sentiment, stating, "We're just gonna play to our best ability. Don't worry about theirs." He noted that consistency and physicality are key to finishing the season strong.

Rookie wide receiver Xavier Legette's status is uncertain due to a groin injury sustained during the recent loss to the Cowboys. Canales mentioned that Legette is "week-to-week" and undergoing further evaluation.

Quarterback Bryce Young faced challenges in the Cowboys game, committing four turnovers. Canales acknowledged these issues but highlighted different factors contributing to each turnover. He emphasized protecting the ball as crucial even when avoiding sacks.

In other news, Dolphins receiver Grant DuBose suffered a head injury over the weekend, which resonated with those in Charlotte due to his college ties at UNC-Charlotte. Right tackle Taylor Moton expressed concern for DuBose's recovery and reflected on appreciating every opportunity to play.
