JJ Jansen, a veteran with 17 years in the NFL, has witnessed various coaching styles and transitions during his time with the Carolina Panthers. Reflecting on past experiences, he recalls former head coach Ron Rivera's growth, noting that Rivera only truly found his footing by his third year. Under Rivera's leadership, the Panthers improved from a 6-10 record to leading their division with a 12-4 finish in just three years.

Jansen sees similar potential in the current team under its new leadership. He emphasizes the importance of stability and consistency within the organization, highlighting how these qualities have positively impacted the players. "The front office are the same people every day," Jansen said, appreciating the calmness this consistency brings even during challenging times.

Adam Thielen, another seasoned player, shares Jansen's sentiments about the current leadership's rare ability to maintain steadiness amidst ups and downs. "It's easy for coaches to have consistency when things are going well," Thielen noted. He praised the head coach for being a strong leader through both tough and good times.

Coach Canales expressed confidence in quarterback Bryce Young as part of their successful formula this season. With Dan Morgan as general manager, there is optimism about having key figures aligned and growing together. "All of those things kind of growing together is a huge advantage for our organizations," Jansen added.

As Canales and Young continue to learn and grow together, they focus on progression rather than perfection. This collaboration reflects positively throughout the team. Running back Chuba Hubbard echoed this sentiment, expressing relief at not having to adapt to major changes: "To just stay in the same playbook...it's a good feeling."

While challenges remain ahead in preparing for an important offseason, there's renewed confidence within the organization. Jansen humorously summarized their progress: "October looked better than September...and we're the most undefeated team in January so far." The Panthers aim to build on this foundation moving forward.
