Everything to know ahead of matchday for Charlotte FC vs. New York Red Bulls on Saturday, August 24 at 7:30 PM.

The ticket office will open at 3:30 PM, coinciding with the supporters' tailgate at the McNinch Lot. Parking lots will be accessible from 4:00 PM. Season Ticket Members (STM) can enter early through the Blue Cross NC East Gate starting at 5:30 PM. The team store inside the stadium opens at 6:00 PM, and gates will also open at this time.

Supporters are scheduled to march at 6:15 PM, followed by warm-ups at 6:50 PM. The pre-match show begins at 7:30 PM, and kickoff is set for 7:40 PM. Attendees are advised to have their mobile tickets ready for display upon entry.

Peter Hargrave will lead the US National Anthem, accompanied by the McMichael Air Force JROTC Color Guard. DJ Fannie Mae is set to perform as the matchday DJ.

Charlotte FC encourages fans to be seated early for a special coronation event and a video presentation titled "The Queen has returned."

Bank of America Stadium has partnered with KultureCity to become Sensory Inclusive Certified. Sensory kits are available for checkout at all Guest Relations Booths, and guests can download the free KultureCity App for sensory features and visual previews of their visit.

Entry into the stadium has been streamlined with mobile wallet tap or barcode scan via the Charlotte FC app. Both PSL holders and single-match ticket buyers can manage their tickets through this app. Fans sitting on the 500 level should use North ramps and escalators as upper bowl access from the south side is closed.

Season Ticket Members and ticket-holders unable to attend can donate their tickets through VetTix for veterans, active military members, or their families.
