Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) has appointed Kristi Coleman as its new Chief Executive Officer. Coleman will oversee all business operations for TSE while continuing her role as President of the Carolina Panthers. She will report directly to David Tepper, Owner and Executive Chairman.

This leadership change is part of a strategic plan to improve organizational effectiveness by streamlining operations. David Tepper stated, "Drawing on more than a decade of experience at this organization, Kristi is a proven leader with the insight and expertise to guide us through this pivotal moment in our evolution." He added that he and Nicole are pleased with Coleman's expanded role.

The restructuring aims to position TSE for growth in the sports and entertainment industry. Kristi Coleman commented, "Our strategy is to bring our people together, embrace modern solutions, and drive innovation at every level of the organization." She emphasized meeting current demands while setting up for future success.

Several organizational changes accompany this announcement. A new Chief Revenue Officer position will align all revenue departments under Coleman’s leadership once filled. The search for candidates is ongoing.

For Charlotte FC, a Chief Business Officer role will replace the club president title to lead soccer business operations. Joe LaBue will become a consultant during this transition, with Natalee Jarrett acting as interim business lead.

David Nelson has been promoted to Vice President of Premium Sales & Services, focusing on hospitality across various venues including Bank of America Stadium. Bonnie Almond advances to Vice President of Venue Operations, reporting to Caroline Wright.

These changes take effect immediately.

Tepper Sports & Entertainment owns and operates multiple entities including the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, alongside Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., aiming to make it a leading destination for sports and entertainment in the region.
