Eric Sudol appointed chief revenue officer at Tepper Sports & Entertainment

Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) has appointed Eric Sudol as its new Chief Revenue Officer. He will officially join the organization on January 6, 2025, overseeing revenue-generating departments across entities such as the Carolina Panthers (NFL), Charlotte FC (MLS), and Bank of America Stadium. Sudol will report to Kristi Coleman, the recently named CEO of TSE.

Sudol comes from the Dallas Cowboys, where he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnership Sales and Services. In that role, he contributed to making the team a leader in NFL sponsorship revenue by doubling revenue and leading a successful sales campaign for The Star, their practice facility and mixed-use development.

"Eric brings an impressive track record from his time in the NFL," said Kristi Coleman, CEO of Tepper Sports & Entertainment. "As we continue to expand and deliver exceptional sports and entertainment experiences for our fans and partners, his proven success in enhancing sales and driving revenue growth will be a valuable asset."

Sudol also served as CEO of ProStar Energy Solutions during his tenure with Cowboys Ownership. Under his leadership, ProStar became a full-service energy solutions provider before being sold to Crete United.

"Tepper Sports & Entertainment is an organization deeply committed to the community and its fans, and I'm excited to join a team that consistently pushes the boundaries of creativity and excellence in everything it does," said Sudol. "With a shared vision of enhancing fan and partner relationships, driving revenue expansion and optimizing sales strategies, I look forward to contributing to the organization's continued growth and success."

While with the Cowboys, Sudol was also Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships at Legends. He led global sales teams involved in major sponsorship deals at venues like Allegiant Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles FC, among others.

Eric Sudol hails from Iowa and holds degrees in economics from Cornell College along with an MBA and Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University. He was recognized on '40 Under 40' lists by both Dallas Business Journal's in 2015 and Sports Business Journal's in 2019.
