Throughout the fall, efforts have been underway to support communities affected by Hurricane Helene. In addition to essential relief operations, there is a focus on providing opportunities for young residents of the impacted areas to experience some normalcy.

As part of this initiative, Ticketmaster has contributed by offering 100 tickets per game for four home games this fall. This includes Sunday's match against the Cardinals. The initiative was initially prompted by Garrett Osborne, a volunteer at Black Mountain Presbyterian Church. Ticketmaster's contribution, with assistance from The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina, has reached several groups across the region.

The distribution of tickets included various organizations: Black Mountain Presbyterian Church in Black Mountain on October 13th; My Daddy Taught Me That in Asheville on November 3rd; Eliada Homes in Asheville on December 1st; and Hights/WNC Overcomers in Marshall, Burnsville, Barnardsville, NC and Erwin, TN on December 22nd.
